Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States through our trusted partners.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times from the shipping date:
🇺🇸 USA: 5–15 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–25 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 15–30 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 15–30 business days
🌍 Other countries: 10–30 business days


I received a wrong or damaged item. Can I return it?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it and include a photo showing the issue. I’ll do my best to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you offer custom designs?

I can make small customizations to products in the shop, such as changing or adding text, or adjusting some colors. However, I don’t offer fully custom designs or major changes to existing artwork. Feel free to message me with your idea—I'll gladly let you know if it's possible!

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address!

Orders go into production automatically 2 hours after being placed. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once shipped, I can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages.


My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package!

Be sure to check your tracking link regularly. Most shipments don’t include phone numbers or email notifications, so you might not be alerted when your package arrives. If it’s marked as delivered but not received, contact your local post office with your tracking number to get more info.


What should I do if my package is lost?

Once the package enters your country, your local postal service is responsible for delivery. If your package seems lost, please reach out to them first. Unfortunately, I have no control over foreign delivery services or how they operate.

Where is Wolocraft based?

Wolocraft currently operates online only. There’s no physical storefront at the moment.


I saw your products on another site. Do you sell there too?

I only sell through my official website and my Ebay shop. If you see my designs on other sites, they are unauthorized copies and don’t represent my quality or brand.
